Demonstrating JAVA

Links at Hurricane Ridge is an imaginary golf course. It illustrates the use of multimedia techniques and Java programming to describe golf course features. We use National Parks as the landscape backdrop for individual holes. Our intent is to describe the courses with "tongue in cheek".

The applets work in most Java enabled browsers including Explorer ,Netscape, Firefox and Opera running Windows or a MAC OS.

First Hole -- A par 4 modeled after Acadia National Park.
Second Hole -- A par 4 modeled after Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island National Monument.
Third Hole -- A par 5 modeled after Saguaro National Monument.
Fourth Hole -- A par 3 modeled after Minute Man National Historical Park.
